At SHERLSSECRETS, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our refund policy.

All Sales Are Final: All purchases made on our platform are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products.

As our products are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. SHERL’S SECRETS will not issue refunds for orders shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Discontinuation of Cash Refunds: As of 01/01/2025,  we have discontinued cash refunds for returned items. Instead, customers will receive a store credit equivalent to the amount of the products purchased. Please note that shipping and taxes are not included in the store credit and there is a $10 restock fee deducted as well.

 

Return Process: If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact our customer support team at sherlssecrets20@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on the return process. In order to qualify for a credit, product must be returned in it's original packaging, unopened. 

Exceptions: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Returned to Sender: In the event that your package was unclaimed, returned for insufficient address, there is a $11 fee for us to repackage and send the products back to you. For International, the fee is $25. Pleas contact us via e-mail, sherlssecrets20@gmail.com, via chat or instagram.
