Processing vs. Shipping:

Processing your order takes between 1 to 14 working days, depending on our stock or current order volume. This time frame remains the same regardless of the shipping option you choose. Once your order is processed, the delivery speed depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping for UK orders can take up to 5 working days, while faster shipping options will shorten the delivery time but do not affect processing times.

Delivery Times:

• For US customers, standard delivery usually takes up to 5 working days After Shipping.
• For international orders, delivery can take between 10 to 21 working days after shipping.

All orders are shipped via USPS with full tracking.

Pricing and Payments: Prices can change at any time, but this won’t affect orders that are already confirmed. We accept payments through various methods, including Card, SHOP Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay,

Order Confirmation: After you place your order, you'll receive an email confirming that we received it. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive another email with a tracking number to monitor your order's status. If you don't see these emails, please check your spam or junk folder.

International Orders: All international orders come with tracking and are insured for up to 50% of the total order value in case of loss or damage. Please note that customs fees may apply, and it's the customer's responsibility to pay these fees. If you do not pay these fees and your order is returned to us, You will repay the shipping fee .
